Buying a property overseas can be a daunting experience. At passport2thesun we will spend time with you, finding out as much as possible about your requirements. Once we fully understand what you are looking for we will provide you with a free bespoke service, guiding you through all the options available in your quest for the ideal property. We can then negotiate a purchase on your behalf with Developers, local agents and private sellers. We can also search the market to arrange finance if this is required.

 
We will aim to provide you with as much up front detail as possible about properties you show an interest in, including the area, local facilities and photographs or artists impressions. Once we have found you properties that are of interest, we are happy to organise an inspection trip for you. Alternatively you are more than welcome organise you own travel arrangements. Either way we look to refund a contribution towards your costs once a purchase has been completed.

As previously mentioned we do not charge for our services as we will paid a fee by the agent you eventually buy through.

Because of the relationships we have built up with developers, we often have properties available to you before they reach the open market.
